It is with deep gratitude and immense pride that I welcome you to Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust Hospital — an institution that began as a vision to serve the needy and has, over the past 25 years, grown into one of South Punjab's most respected healthcare institutions.
When the Trust was established in 1999, our founding principle was simple and profound: that every human being, regardless of their economic standing, deserves access to compassionate, high-quality medical care. Today, as we continue to serve hundreds of thousands of patients annually, that principle remains the cornerstone of everything we do.
We are a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization. Every rupee donated to this institution goes directly toward patient care, infrastructure, and medical education. The generosity of our donors and trustees has made it possible for us to build a 500-bed teaching hospital with 29 clinical departments, modern Operation Theaters, Intensive Care Units, a Dialysis Centre, an affiliated Medical and Dental College, and a host of free charity programs that continue to change lives every day.
I am proud of our exceptional team of doctors, surgeons, nurses, paramedical staff and administrative personnel who work tirelessly — often under challenging conditions — to deliver care with skill, empathy and dignity. Their dedication is the true strength of this institution.
As we look to the future, our ambitions are greater than ever. We aim to expand our clinical services, enhance our diagnostic capabilities, grow our academic programs, and reach even more underserved communities through mobile health camps and community outreach. None of this is possible without the continued support of our generous donors, trustees and well-wishers.
