Who We Are
Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust Hospital (BAMTH) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit charitable organization established at Northern Bypass, Multan in April 1999. Founded by Mian Muhammad Rasheed and his associates, the Trust was born from a deep conviction that no person — regardless of their financial circumstances — should be denied access to quality medical care.
Registered with the Sub-Registrar Urban Multan under the Trust Act of 1882 (Registration No. 3164/1, dated 08-05-1999), and duly certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), BAMTH operates with full transparency and accountability.
Prior to the formal establishment of the Trust, an outdoor dispensary was set up in January 1998 at Masoom Shah Road, Multan. The enthusiastic community response to that initiative inspired the founding trustees to build something far more enduring — and BAMTH was born.
